What are your hours of service?

 

You can contact us by phone from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., or by email with a maximum response time of 12 hours.

 

What is a free edition?

It means that the photographs within this category do not have a printing limit, therefore they don’t have a serialization number in their certification.

 

What is a limited edition?

 

Limited editions are subject to a print number. Once the edition is fully sold, the file will no longer be reprinted in those dimensions. Our limited editions are numbered from 1 to 50.

They also have a digital signature of the respective author on the print, as well as the copy number handwritten in indelible ink on the author's certificate.

 

Can I purchase a photograph in a custom size?

 

In our store we have a section of special measures. In case your photograph is not there, both open, and limited editions can be printed in specific sizes. For more information, please contact us.

 

Do you sell photographs without framing or mounting?

 

We do sell them, however, we highly recommend images be mounted by our experienced professionals, to avoid damage to the photograph. In case you require files without framing or mounting, please contact a specialist.

 

Do the photographs include a certificate of authenticity?

 

All our photographs include a certificate with place and date of registration, name and signature of the author, name of the work, and its dimensions.

As a second method of certification, the information is encrypted in an ultra-high reliability level scannable code, which will be placed on the back of your photo.

In the case of limited editions, you will also find the copy number of your purchase both on your certificate, and in your personal code.
