Care
The process of creating our images has used the most advanced technology and the best materials. However, it is recommended to avoid exposing your pictures to direct sunlight, high temperatures, and high humidity conditions. Ignoring the recommendations could cause image discoloration and bubble formation.
To clean mounted photos with a glossy finish, use a dry microfiber cloth without putting too much pressure on the image. In the case of metallic finish, as it is a more delicate, it is recommended to use the same technique if cleaning is really necessary. Avoid using water and chemicals of all kinds for both finishes.
Our frames, when handled correctly, require no care beyond regular dusting. It is recommended to use a dry microfiber cloth. Avoid using cleaning products of all kinds, as these will cause the finish to deteriorate over time. To remove the accumulated dust only on the surface of the coating, we recommend using compressed air.
Placement
Mounted Photographs: Your purchase will be delivered with a suggested kit for standard placement.
Framed photographs: Because we do not know how and where you will place your photos, your purchase will be delivered with a standard frame placement and ready to mount system attached at the back of your picture.
Lighting
Avoid direct sunlight, as well as artificial frontal lighting. If you require assistance, seek the advice of an electrician to ensure correct lighting and presentation of your photography.
