Revocation of consent

IV. ARCO rights.
It is made known that you have the right at all times to access your personal data that we have, as well as to rectify them when they are inaccurate or require them to be updated, you can also instruct us to cancel them when you consider that they turn out to be excessive or unnecessary for the purposes that justified their obtaining, or by the termination of the relationship that originated it, and to oppose their treatment for specific purposes.

Your request must meet the following requirements:
1. Provide the name of the owner and address or other means to communicate the response to your request, for example: email;
2. Proof by means of documents your identity (for example: voter's credential, passport, other official identification) or, where appropriate, that of your legal representative (public instrument or power of attorney signed before two witnesses). The originals must be presented in order to receive the answer;
3. The clear and precise description of the personal data with respect to which one seeks to exercise any of the ARCO rights;
4. Any other element or document that facilitates the location of personal data.
5. If you request rectification of your personal data, you must indicate the modifications to be made and provide the documentation that supports the request.
Your request will be answered within a maximum term of 20 business days, counted from the date it was received, and the decision will be made known to you through the means that you indicate in your request. In the event that your request is appropriate, it will be effective within 15 business days after notification of the response. The aforementioned terms may be extended only once for an equal period, as long as the circumstances of the specific case justify it. In the event that your request does not proceed, you will be notified, within the established deadlines, of the reasons for the refusal, accompanying, where appropriate, the relevant evidence.
