Terms of Sale
Order
You are responsible for providing all required information when placing an order, including full name, shipping address and billing address, phone number, valid email address, and valid payment method. No responsibility is assumed for incorrect delivery due to incorrect information provided by a customer. AV Fine Art reserves the right to reject or cancel any order at any time, in which case the customer's only recourse is to refund any payment made for said order.
Changes
It is not possible to alter your order once it has been placed. The only exception is the delivery address, which can be changed if your order has not yet shipped. To change the address of an order that has not been sent, contact us as soon as possible so that we can make the modification on time.
Payment
Payment for any order must be made in advance at the time the order is placed. You can pay for your order by credit card, debit card, American Express, PayPal, and MercadoPago. In the event of a suspended payment, disapproved charge, or other failure to send the prepayment, AV Fine Art will have the right to cancel the order.
Color Matching
You acknowledge and understand that the colors seen on a computer monitor may not look the same as the colors that appear on our printed product. Any image as seen online is not guaranteed to necessarily exactly match the colors in the final product.
Personal information
All the information sent by you in relation to any order is governed by our Privacy Terms.
Taxes
Buyers within Mexico, the value added tax is already included in the acquisition of your artwork. International buyers are responsible for paying any and all international fees, duties, customs, and taxes. We recommend that you contact your local postal service or customs office for more information.
Delivery
The delivery time depends on the dimensions of the product and place of destination.
Returns & Exchanges
If your purchase presents any type of defect or is damaged during the transfer from the workshop to the destination, you can start your exchange process within a maximum period of 5 business days after receiving it.
The process is the following:
Send an email to: av.fineartgalleries@gmail.com with a description of the damage or defect, accompanied by photographs of it. Our team will assess the damage and if your request results valid, we will contact you to change the photograph.
1: If you are in Mexico City or the State of Mexico, if you allow it, our team will go to the indicated address to collect the piece.
2: If you are in the interior of the Mexican Republic, you will be indicated an address where you can take the photograph.
1 and 2: Upon receipt of the product in our workshop, you will be informed and your work will be replaced at no cost as soon as possible.
3: If you are abroad, please contact us via email.
1, 2 and 3: In custom-made photographs in request of the customer, we do not have returns or exchanges.
If your use of our site or services has been canceled for violation of these Terms of Sale or our Terms of Use, we may refuse returns to you.
General
All orders and transactions are also subject to the avgalleries.com Terms of Use policy, including, but not limited to, the limitations on damages set forth therein.
The Terms of Use also include provisions for dispute arbitration and other important terms that you should review. The descriptions, images, references, features, content, specifications, products, price and availability of any product or service are subject to change without notice. No responsibility is assumed for any errors in listed prices or other information, all of which we reserve the right to correct. Orders are not final or binding until we accept them. We reserve the right, with or without prior notice, to limit the quantity available or discontinue any product or service; honor or impose conditions on the fulfillment of any coupon, coupon code, promotional code or other similar promotions; to prohibit any user from making any or all purchases; and / or refuse to provide any product or service to any user. www.avgalleries.com is not responsible for any delay or failure of delivery due to causes beyond its control, including but not limited to force majeure, war, terrorism, embargo, quarantine, accidents, fires, explosions, floods, weather severe, epidemic, riots, civil unrest, lack of availability of labor or transportation or any other similar or different cause. You are responsible for the proper and safe handling of prints or other products that you order from us. To the extent permitted by Mexican law, avgalleries.com liability for any claim related to any product you have purchased from us is the amount you paid for the product.
Purchasing online
How do I order?
Add the products you want to order in your shopping cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button located next to the product image. When you are ready to complete your order, click "Go to Cart" and follow the instructions. If you need help completing your order or have any questions, you can email us and we will gladly help you.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No. You can order and pay without creating an account, but if you choose to do so, you will not enjoy the benefits of having an account which include: Easy tracking of order status, create a wish list, receive notifications of exhibitions, new launches, and promotions.
How do I check the status of my order?
To access the order information on our website, you must ensure that you register for an online account. Once configured, log into your account and go to the "My Orders" section. From this page you will see the status of all current and past orders. With or without an account, when your order is delivered, you will be notified via email.
What kind of payment do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and Mercado Pago.
When is the charge to my card generated?
At the time of ordering.
Do you have a return policy?

Do you sell gift cards?
We do not sell them. However, we can create a personalized gift certificate for you. For assistance in completing your gift certificate, you can contact us by email and we will respond shortly. By requesting a gift certificate, you get a 10% discount on your next purchase.

How much is the shipping?
Shipping costs are determined by the volumetric weight of the order and its destination.
How do I remove an item from my shopping cart?
In the "My Cart" section you will find an “X” next to the cost of your product. Click and the product will disappear.
